Since it’s opening more than 19 years ago, Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding has garnered rave reviews from every major national publication, including the New York Times, which called the show “Audaciously Imaginative” and Glamour Magazine called the show “Off-Broadway’s most innovative Play.” Audiences begin the evening with a wedding ceremony that is followed by a reception hosted by Vinnie Black. The dinner includes appetizers, champagne toast, a full Italian buffet, along with wedding cake and dancing to the amazing tunes of Vegas’ hottest band, Fusion!
From there, a rousing reception takes place with the Nunzio and Vitale families, which includes a pregnant bridesmaid, stripper girlfriend, and a drunk priest! Suffice it to say, this is Las Vegas’ wildest wedding!
The exciting interactive show concept gives audiences a chance to attend an actual wedding in which there is a ceremony, reception, guests and lots of improvisation. The theatrical performance satires an Italian American wedding and the audience participates in all aspects of the fictitious event. The most imaginative aspect of the show is its unpredictability. Because the actors are indistinguishable from guests, no one is quite sure of the outcome. This creates certain spontaneity unparalleled by other Las Vegas shows.
This has been rated one of the top 5 shows to see in Vegas. … so what are you waiting for?!!!
Tony n’ Tina’s performs at the V Theater Mezzanine Showroom.
