With his tremendous operatically trained singing voice and his acting skills, combined with his mastery of make-up and attention to detail, he has created his own art form.
In 1968, when a 19 year old Jim was performing, his repertoire included Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand and Peggy Lee. Judy came to see him and they sang together onstage. Years later he would perform with Liza Minnelli as her mother and for American presidents, Queen Elizabeth , Prince Charles and Princess Diana.
By 1970 Jim was on all the major talk and variety shows worldwide. He has played Carnegie Hall 9 times and did two seasons and many Sunday nights at the London Palladium. His T.V work includes Heres Lucy in 1972 thru to Ally Mcbeal in 2002.

Jim’s theatre work includes Tallulah and Tennessee, Mae West at the Club El Fey, Niteclub Confidential, Fragile Fire and Jeffrey and the Bette Davis play Me and Jezebel.
Pianist Richard Glazier’s new show, “A Salute to Judy Garland & Friends”, is a tribute to the woman most often called the “World’s Greatest Entertainer.” Glazier will play all the famous Garland songs, including “Over The Rainbow”, “Where Or When”, “The Boy Next Door”, “The Trolley Song” and “The Man That Got Away”, as well as songs made famous by her friends and co-stars Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and Mickey Rooney. The show will also feature film clips, rare home movies, video tributes and the kind of fascinating stories and inside information that are Glazier’s trademark. Special bonuses include a tribute to Hollywood’s piano superstars, Jose Iturbi and Oscar Levant.
